Day 5 DETOX
O.K. I shared the evening meal with the kids....and they HATED it. It was so funny to see their faces. My youngest ate it o.k but not without holding his nose. My dh has been eating it with me (it's the one with mushrooms, kale, tomato, onion and garlic). He wants more tonight. He has always been pretty health conscious...he works out 3 - 4 times a week before his day starts. Anyways, I weighed in today a 179. I am happy about that. Tomorrow starts the first day of the 6 week plan. I know that I will do well on it!
This weeks goals are:
Drink only water
Walk/Yoga/Aerobics at school (tote bag in the car prepared for exercise)
Plan my lunch (and the kids) the night before and be set for the morning
Prepare breakfast in containers...in case we need to grab and go...
Looking forward to a successful week!

Hey there, you are doing such a great job. Keep up the great work. I went to start with my blog again, and the whole thing is gone. I deleted it somehow. I have had to start all over again. Great job!!!
